Annual Giving Season Raises Over $36,000 for Local Charities

Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort is proud to announce that $36,985 was raised for local charity organizations during the 22nd Annual Giving Season promotion.

From December 1 through December 25, Dreamcatcher’s Club® Members were able to donate their earned points. For every $1 in points donated, guests received entries into the 22nd Annual Giving Season drawings. The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians matched the first $10,000 raised.

This year’s recipients are:

Interfaith Food Bank
Calaveras Food Bank
The Dennis Dalton Foundation
California TANF Partnership Amador County
Amador County Meals on Wheels

“The Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians and Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort are honored to provide supports for such worthy non-profit organizations once more this holiday season,” said Crystal Jack, CEO Jackson Rancheria Band of Miwuk Indians. “This year, and every year, we recognize the invaluable services that these non-profits provide throughout our local communities.”

The amount raised will be split evenly between the five local charities, with each charity receiving $7,397.00.  Checks will be presented to the non-profit organizations on Thursday, January 19.
